Mobil jacking oil prices?

Just got word again that our bulk fill of Mobil Delvac 10-30 is unavailable for delivery. 2nd time this year. When you empty a 500 gallon tank every month or more, thats a problem.

 

Time to get a bigger tank.

 

last price I was $967 a barrel, up from like $6 or 700, been back and forth on buying one myself, just actually went and got the last 10 gallons of delo at my local tractor supply though even though I’m not due for one, better to have and not need right now

 

Or 2.....or 3

 

My last drum was over $900. I have been stocking up at Costco every time I come home lately. Can't best the price, it's available and it's good oil.

 

Is all Costco oil good?
Never bought it before.
But if good, and cheap, I'm in.

Do they also make a good synthetic 5W30 for gas engines?

 

I use it in all of my personal vehicles with good results. I use both the 5w30 and 0W20 which are both Dexos approved for GM vehicles.
Previously I was a hardcore Mobil One guy. Really cant beat the price. 5 total of my personal fleet. Plus 2 more that I service regularly.

 

I can't complain. Use it in all my stuff. It carries the same certs as everything else. Plus, it's available and the price is right. Alot of what you pay for in name brands is advertising. I dunno how much a Nascar sponsorship costs, but I imagine it reflects heavily in the price.....

Price isn’t gouged.

that $45 gallon oil is the same as the O/O who sits there and waits for the loads people can’t move so they can get the best rate. Same with that oil. It’s for the ones who don’t have extra in the cab they pick up when at home.

 

I was looking at this one. No handle and no accidental open on the road.
