Modern AI devices added to trucks Good or Bad

That may be already available, not sure for trucks. But teslas do that already to figure out until which next charging station your car can get to (on a road trip).

I’m curious as to how all these so called safety devices can prevent a heart attack or any medical emergency?
Or preventing a flip flop from getting stuck under a brake pedal?

 

Sounds like a bunch of scenarios where a truck that can automatically emergency brake would be a good thing.

I dont know how you interpreted what I said as preventing any of the above. Theyre designed to prevent the potential outcomes of those situations lol.

 

They should have a way for the driver to disable the braking... because in less than dry roads there is nothing like having the truck slam on the brakes l. Then your just along for the ride into the ditch

 

Throw a piece of vinyl over the sensors. Everyone's made that point for years and I still have yet to hear a story on here where the automatic emergency braking caused a wreck

 

What they 1st came out us xpress had to disable them on all the new trucks because of it
