    That question was answered early on in this thread, The Mores Act gives the Dept of Transportation the authority to keep the ban on pot in effect for any workers in safety sensitive positions.

    You may not think so, but I disagree. While running Canada only on btrain decks, 90% of the guys, didn’t matter which company, smoked weed on a daily basis while in the truck. Most while driving. The only Canada only guys not smoking on the job are the ones who drive for companies who run the states and are put in the random drug test pool.
