    I'm not saying being a L/O doesn't have advantages over a company driver I'm just trying to give the most accurate info I can.

    We've had too many drivers come to SNI and be mislead or just uninformed.

    I don't want anyone to fail but more importantly I don't want to have mislead a driver and they come into this and then fail because they thought it was easier than it really IS.

    If I was considering doing the choice board now and wasn't already with SNI on the choice board. I wouldn't make the move until the rates start to rebound and the freight availability picks up.

    A weekly payment is tough to manage and have a home life in this freight cycle.
