    MID128 PID 27 FMI 5 - EGR Valve #1 Position Sensor - current below normal or open circuit
    MID 128 SID 146 FMI 6 - EGR Valve #1 motor - current above normal or grounded circuit
    MID 144 PSID 230 FMI 5 - vehicle ecu - Software Fault - current below normal or open circuit

    i would suspect that your wiring to the EGR valve #1 is faulty or the valve itself, as for the 3rd code, i would check the batteries, for any loose or corroded connections (loose as in the connector on the cable, and the nut on the post... load test the batteries. start simple...
