That's ELOGS for you, gotta stop when the box says STOP.
On another note, 4 wheelers are as bad, especially older folks who feel the need to drive PAST an Off/On Ramp and then stop on the shoulder to change drivers, they don't realize how DANGEROUS it is, I've had them not look and just throw their door open when I'm coming by and can't get over.blairandgretchen and gpsman Thank this. -
I think other than an emergency you should only stop in rest areas, parking lots or truck stops. Ramps are just a dangerous. Be a professional set an example for other tuck drivers and be safe and courteous.
tinytim and blairandgretchen Thank this. -

That is funny, but would probably be funnier if I completely understood....what is an "Lcv", please? I've never heard that term before.

We're not the ones that, ahh, never mind.
blairandgretchen and TruckingWolf Thank this. -

Reminds me of a conversation of decades ago when a stewardess (flight attendant) declared in her syrupy-sweet southern drawl; "I'm not putting anything in my butt that doesn't belong there!"
My friends and I thought that provided a lot more questions than it did answers.TruckingWolf Thanks this. -
I rather thought that things were stated rather plain & clear (900,000-tons-of-steel suggested using "some device" to go pee in while ON the road instead of 'planned' stops) - if it ain't human no way is it touching my parts! -
Why, can't you keep your truck in your own lane...put your phone down.
