Can anyone who is around 6'0-6'5 and weighs around 320-340 answer this question after they take your initial blood pressure before you start the physical and after you take the physical when they take it again what blood pressure could get you sent home .. Like what average are they looking for..because naturally it's gunna be raised if your a somewhat of a heavy set guy..

Also.. Do you need to be super strong to pull your self up on that box even with the straps and the tarps there to help you.

I'm 6' even and weigh 320. My blood pressure was exactly normal when they took it the first time (120/80) and slightly higher after the physical, but not by much. I can't tell you exactly what level they send you home at, but if you do get sent home for medical reasons, all you have to do is get checked out by your doctor, and when he clears you there's a bus ticket back to Little Rock waiting for you.

The box isn't bad at all. I was really scared of it, because my upper body strength sucks. Literally. I couldn't do a chin up if you we're holding a gun to my head, and that's not an exaggeration. But it really wasn't bad... The tarps standing on end are almost 2 feet tall, so using those you oly have to climb 4 feet up. And the box is plywood, which gives decent friction for your feet to kinda grab onto as you pull yourself up.

Once you stand up, you just get back on your knees and climb down backwards, using the straps to steady yourself. I think I'm safe in saying that if I can do it, almost anyone can, because I was in horrible physical shape before starting here.

    You're welcome.

Take special care to remember the moment you climb up on the box. It's probably the only time in your life you'll look like a ####roach climbing up a wall ;)

140/90 and above. Activity will raise your blood pressure but it shouldn't be much and within a minute or two of stopping the activity it should be back to normal. I measure of fitness is not what your heart rate/ blood pressure/ pulse is during the exercise but how quickly you recover.
