    Does anyone know what all is required under the rider policy. Is a application available to look at on the web? What is the rider permit and do they require a background check on the rider also to get this permit?

    All we needed was a drivers license but that was about 6 years ago.Hopefully someone will chime in with a more relevant time frame.

    If the person is 18 or over you need ID and SS card and both you and the rider have to sign papers at a terminal or with a notary. If the person is under 18 they have to be your child or you have to have proof you have 100% custody pplus show sometype of picture id and ss card., and both have to sign the rider papers. ( 9 pages if I remember correctly) You also have to PAY the monthly rider fee as long as the rider is on the truck.
