If you have your hazmat and tanker endorsements, XPO Logistics truckload division will train starting @ 50cpm($1250/week guarantee) to haul IBC totes in a van trailer. Only issue is they're short on trainers and you may have to wait awhile for one. I had an offer from them fresh out of school for that but couldn't wait for a trainer.

I also had an offer to haul reefer for Continental Express at same rate but they also had trainer shortage. Might be worth looking into. Good luck!

Might Check into Millis Transfer, not quite a mega, but they have their own school, IIRC they just gave their drivers another raise the beginning of this year. Not sure if you'd have to do a refresher or not at day one.

Well I'm in school now. Passed the pre-trip and the Backing manuevers, but took long enough I didn't have time for the road test. So I just wanna see if theres a company that'll pay substantially more than the one that sponsered me.

I think Maverick Transportation can get you passed .50 cpm, at least after six months experience. Starting pay for flatbed is 54-58 cpm after that point, plus bonuses.

I’m currently in school myself, and have never heard anyone complain about pay there of all the reviews I’ve seen. One guy left because he wasn’t getting the miles for whatever reason, but still praised the company.

I unload the truck or either the company pays the lumper service for the pallet pull off & break down products on to separate pallets. I got paid per case & line item on the truck whether it had to be separated or not.

You might find something, but to find a company that will pay you "substantially" more than 49 cpm right out of school would be a rare find. Good Luck.

Look up LTL companies, they tend to pay more than megas.
