When it warms up today I'm going to wash the car and garage floor. They dropped oh somewhere around 100 tons of road salt this week, its been a really messy week. That's about all LOL!

 

Dangit... i need to wash my car too. Garage floor, not so much; LoL...

 

It wasn't really snowy this week, it was just plain cold and they dropped a ton of salt on the roads for about a half of a millimeter of snow LOL and everything is covered in salt!

 

They did similar 'round these parts.. you should see my Carhartt's. Wife wants to take them to a 'dry cleaner' .... (<<< is that a thing?)

 

Hay, B .... have you ever had your rig on a 'tipper' to unload? One thing i've never had the chance to experience. @Mike2633 doubt you have, haha!!

 

God gravy Tom, a rig on a tipper would be a luxury LOL! Yesterday they packed me out heavier then a 1990s CCC Integrated Rear Load Garbage Truck working for the city of Decatur, GA in 2011.



Although I was able to unload the trailer which was a luxury sometimes I've had them so heavy where I couldn't unload at least yesterday I had just enough strategy and room to unload. Unlike that garbage man. If you watch that video that garbage truck was so heavy and so packed probably 34,000+lbs he was so packed that, he stalled out the ejector ram and had to manually "ram" the load out because of how heavy it was.

I luckily had enough room to go backwards down the ramp most of the day. Sometimes when it's heavy it's heavy all day and then you get to the last or second last stop and the trailer suddenly empties out. Had a wall of chips taller then me, to one of the public schools second last stop looked like the wall of China. No I've not had the luxury of going on a tipper and having the truck unloaded.

 

Rain is coming our way soon, too..... jsyk. Be safe, bro. Decided to leave my car outside the garage (sorry, @Mike2633 ) .... to clean itself, haha! Yep, being lazy today..... tough job, somebody's gotta do it, haha!

 

Does the driver stay in cab during such maneuvers? I'm not fond of heights. Dang potatoes, hahahaha~!!
