    Pull the hose off the nozzles and let it be free.
    Won't freeze up.
    You will go thru more fluid but thats a small price to pay to be able to see....
    I just pull the nozzles off at the start of the winter and keep them in the cab. I run a piece of wire thru the holes to clean up any deposits that will slow the flow..

    I'm thinking an overhead fan under the overhead console...my 85 kw k100 had them and worked great .

    I just take that nozzle thing off. just have the little rubber hose spraying stuff on the windshield like a mini waterhose.

    Had them on 2 trucks and worked well....
    I found that they worked best with a little defrost.
    It was awhile ago.
    They might have been another brand.

    Yeah you remember them , my kw had 2 side by side and slammed warm air into the windshield without cooking the driver .
    Heat and air volume isn't the problem here , its putting it in the right place .

    The fans you talked about seem to help at times.
    But it's great if you can get it all dialed in ...
