It isn't much less expensive to live in iowa than Nebraska these days .

 

Patsy and I went and looked at the house and it's definitely nice , it's in the city limits but sits on almost an acre of land , garage wasn't quite as big as I thought in the pictures but it would easily hold 3 cars and it needs tlc inside...its been partially finished at one time with drywall that is old and nasty looking , somebody tiled the floor too and it's ugly and busted up ....very functional tho with tall overhead doors and walls .
The place is very secluded and on a dead-end street with very few neighbors.
I offered asking price and will see what happens .

 

Yeah I don't know either but it's lime green tile with black spots in it so it's been there awile .

 

Forgot one other detail ...plenty of room to park my truck there .

 

Got lucky and got a loan officer familiar with the trucking industry and owner operaters .
What may hurt me is that I've been aggressive on my taxable income .
