Looks like you all have a good thing going in LTL. Wondering if anyone has any advice for a 18 month driver looking to get into LTL. Advice on which companies to stay away from which are busier etc. I know I'll need to put in some years before I get a good route so I would rather get in with a good company from the start. Thanks in advance.

Old Dominion is growing so fast they're hiring drivers with your experience level. It used to be you needed 3-5 years minimum to get an LTL job. Might have to wait until freight picks back up near spring, though. They have terminals all over, but I don't know about your area. Check their website for terminal locations.
