    Well i actually kinda felt bad for the dude at first, till I found out that they originally met from having an affair, not sure they were both married but one of them was at least... now its more like you got what you deserved.

    What ever is depreciated they consider income and for a 200k loan with 50k down they should approve you I was approved for a. 400 k loan in Nj with 50k down and showing 80k net income
