If you were driving the car ,you would absoutly be charged.Thats how state police roll here.No local police in this town,and sp consider it a burden to respond to an accident.Too much paper work!I did talk to a different lawer and he assured me he could do something to remove or seal this ticket.For a substancial charge im sure!
