Most Pilots! Shame on you

I am disgusted with some of the unsanitary conditions I have seen at the Pilots. Store #035 and exit 144 off 80 in Indiana.

And Commerce City, Colorado for having a piss poor parking lot and not time efficient as it takes over 1 hour every time and as much as 2 to get out of there.

This past week I have seen piss all over the floor, every urinal had hair, yes honest it did. The paper towel machine did not work, the coffee stand was trashed, the showers were not ready. I have been to a few Pilots during the afternoon and parking lot empty but cant get a shower.

I was specifically at store#035 trying to use the computer to redeem a shower on my 14 break and 3 employees were standing around a register with one customer and 2 at the kiosk, I ask after the machine was taking so long " is there something wrong with the machine?" She says " yes its broke" Well well you think you could put a sign on it since you already knew it was or acknowledge 2 customers standing there while all 3 employees are bundled together at the hip instead of serving customers?

I finally get my shower room and wouldnt ya know the bathroom is so small I can touch every wall sitting down on the toilet and just about turn on the shower too! I am not small but I aint a T-Rex either! I was at a Pilot in Dalton, GA coffee stand was a mess, creamers out and lack of help clearly.

I once went into one that I did not realize I went into the womens because the sign was not clearly visible when I looked up only the "-Mens" was visible! As I walked out there was a female walking in, we both looked and I had to double check the door. My bad, they need to make their signs more clearly visible instead of blocked behind a wall.

I actually highlight all my truckstops in colors red or blue so I know which ones next time to visit. If I find something special I add to it on that page. So far T/As and Petros are much better!
