At what point will FMCSA wake up and see that the 4 wheelers are the problem.

Truck driver an idiot. Sure was the 4 wheelers fault, but looks like the truck had plenty of time to back out of it.

Yes I did look at the video, the truck didn't even slow down, or hit the shoulder.

    Woodys and LWT104 Thank this.

Do you actually think this was deliberate on the trucks part?

Its kind of hard to safety slow down when the truck was traveling the highway speed limit which was probably 70 or 75.

Nooo, the driver wasn't paying attention, I saw that car, which is black on a white highway 8 seconds in the video. Coming up on an exit, I know full well what this 4 wheeler is doing, and I'd mash the brakes, or at least hit the right shoulder. This truck driver made no attempt to make any evasive action. I think this is one case that the dash cam may indeed incriminate the truck driver, at least partially,,,your turn,,

I'm on the truck drivers side all the way.He didn't have time to pull over without possibly him getting seriously injured. Why should truck drivers continuously babysit the 4 wheelers. The car did a uturn and that's not only one of the most stupidest more but very dangerous and illegal all because that 4 wheeler didn't have the patience for the backed up traffic on the other side.

    Lepton1 and DTP Thank this.

    How about the insurance companies?

I think with that dash cam the ticket should read.
    Improper lane change.
    Failure to merger.
