I am buying a tractor in georgia and need to get it to pennsylvania.the person i am buying it from is not a dealer and the truck is not tagged now.can anyone help me with information and procedures to legaly drive it back.thanks.cf.

Get the vin# and a bill of sale, pre register it at home and drive it. Otherwise if you have a freind that owns a small car sales, ask if they have a dealer plate you can borrow.
