Gutter at 1" and gutter position at 0".

Hi there and THANKS for the kind thoughts. I'm working on it, I had a projected date of Jan to have the raw manuscript done but now it's looking like February because of my next round of surgery. Please do not think I am promoting it here as I am not, I only mentioned it before because of so many messages about writing one that I decided to try to write one as there is no point in me dying with all this information in my head. I'm a poor writer at best so I pity the proof reader(s) if it even gets that far LOL
