Does anyone know of a good way to transfer a inverter from one truck to another? I move between divisions once a year and would like to transfer my inverter with me. I'll have the shop install it, a 1500 watt cobra, but would like a simple way to move back and forth. Ideas? Thanks.

Well I just mount mine in the side box. Drill 2 holes into the bottom with grommets and run the positive and negative through to the batteries. Then put caulk around the grommets to seal it off. Then again that only helps if you can get wires leading into the sleeper.

If it is a company truck their shop would have to do the work. This covers you in case the inverter is not connected correctly and it burns down the cab.

    Thanks,
