I’m not disputing that. The part of your comment that I quoted “earlier” is wrong. I even posted the FMCSA link.
By the way, if you run out of hours on an onramp or offramp, then PC out of there. Do not park there even if there are no signs. That can get you a ticket, and I’ve been told by a driver who has been using TVC for years that they won’t fight for you if you are cited for parking on a onramp/offramp. Also, plan your day more carefully so you don’t end up there in the first place.

Incidentally. I talked to Hobbs about this when I went through on Monday. She (one of the new girls) didn't know. They green lighted me with no permit and I was thinking what the heck, so I stopped anyway. There's only one lady working there right now that's a veteran and she's training 2 new girls. If you go through there they're real nice people but bring your patience and coffee.
