With a tribute to Norm McDonald, who personally objected to what was tantamount to the sanctioning of murder in the United States to such a degree that organized Jewry decided Norm could no longer work for SNL, I would give the following as an example of how jury nullification would better serve the American people, should their commitment ever be once again to one another, than blindly following the fools (often powerful small hats or their loyal shabbos goy) who are intent on setting the course for us:

When a lawyer tells a jury, repeatedly, in a stalinesque fashion that "If a glove doesn't fit, you must acquit" (if you repeat lies enough they become the truth) a jury of true Americans, having seen substantial evidence that a former NFL football star killed a woman, they would ignore the hogwash being presented and the insistent focus on technicalities and loopholes and references to "this is how the law was written", but would instead and choose to convict. Not because of anything having to do with the stage theatrics being presented by lawyer more interested in their fees and career success, but because this particular gentleman killed a woman, and presumably all decent people, regardless of their race or color, feel that killing another human ought be punishable behavior.

So, in tribute to Norm, who staked his career on the fact the he did not agree with the small hats and blacks celebration of this event as proof positive that if you know the right people, you can kill others, I suggest that Jury Nullification, is the true doctrine of our land, not this travesty of justice.

The small hats canned Norm from SNL for pointing out this. The least I can do is remind the people, perhaps one day "We the people" again, that the real commitment here is to one another. And if we were wise, we wouldn't make murder an offense that is ok should one have the right lawyers.

And, at risk if being called the most horrible of all crimes, racist, it should be pointed out that the congressional black caucus gave Johnnie Cochrane a standing ovation for getting an acquittal of a man who in cold blood murdered a woman. This, in and of itself is rather curious, as most decent people, regardless of the perpetrators stature or legal representation do not condone murder.

But let's just pretend it's the white people who are most awful and racist.
