MS logistic from Nashville info?

Hello all, I found a company out of Nashville TN and Scott city mo that are regional, home weekends with pretty good benefits and pay. They do force a per diem of .12 on you. No way of getting out of that. Other than that, they seem good... As far as the recruiter goes.. He's a great guy.. I believe.
So any information from current drivers or word of mouth from your mama's, cousin's,uncle's, aunt's, dog's groomers, ex boyfriends truck driving buddy? Just wanna make sure I know what im getting into before I leave local to go back to home on weekends.
