He has a truck with around 750.000 miles and blames you for break downs. He's gone through 4 drivers in 1 year. This is being posted by a very upset wife, not the driver himself.

I hate to say it but i think their is more to this story that you're not telling us, sure the guy may be an A-Hole to work for but as for his equipment being junk i really don't think he'd have the impeccable safety record that he has if the equipment was in as bad a shape as you claim. I'm not calling you a liar but safestat has a whole different story than yours.

G.Anthony and Mark Kling Thank this. -
Any impeccable saftey record would be due to the drivers! Not his equipment.

Don't know 9 truck inspections in last 24 months and 0 oos violations and 20 driver inspections and 0 oos. if the equipment is "junk" as you say its not passing 9 inspections in 24 months.
Well by digging a little further you probably should be glad you were let go for whatever reason his authority was "dismissed" as of June 1st and has NO insurance on file with FMCSA so he is either running outlaw and hoping to not get caught or has since leased his truck (s) on with someone else.Last edited by a moderator: Jun 28, 2010

Just knowing how to check a companies safe stat scores is a nice weapon to have when searching for a job or to know how the company you're driving for is doing and gives you an idea as to how often yopu might get inspected.
