No truer words were ever spoken. I thought it was just a local thing until now.

    Given:
He has and hauls his own hogs. He recently started hauling for hire. and for the company/producers he is contracted too.

    Hypothesis:
He is hauling his own, knows how to do it and where they are picked up and going, has ? trucks and trailers.

    Conclusion"
All these hogs flowing by and he can divert that stream and make bank. Scores a contract to haul for the producers.

    Actual:
Does not pan out as dreamed of. (Most don't) Producer has parameters to be met: schedules, volumes, location cycles.
He cannot keep up with his own equipment, and any other assistance he has worked in, and now he needs you to "help him out."
And he contracted too cheap and cannot afford to pay you the deserved rate.

    Solution:
Explain to him the dump business has picked up to demand more of your trucks activity...

Coffey, cke, austinmike and 13 others Thank this.
