Mudflap App, saving money at the pump.

Oregon prices aren’t that high once you put your fuel permit number in. Mudflap still saves you money but comparing it to full pump price in Oregon is a little misleading.

 

Its been a savings of about 26 cents a gallon on the average for me running nebraska to pa and michigan to georgia. Certain areas are weaker than others in coverage, just plan accordingly. Ive occasionally had to just use my card but quite rarely

26 cpg may not look like much but over the course of my roughly 80k a year 6.25 mpg it saves me about 3,300 $ a year. For a 0 cost app that just lives on my phone, thats value for money

 

I think the OR state tax is .36 a gallon and that comes off when you enter your fuel permit number. You still saved a decent amount though.

 

Pretty sure thats essentially a dba thing.

I’ve used it. It’s legit so far. Average about 30-40 cents off.

 

Use mudflap as well , weak coverage on the west but i averaged 28c during 3 months

 

Has anybody signed up using their bank account, which is supposed to be .02 cents cheaper than the app price?

 

Yes, it is as advertised, .02 cpg cheaper. And no 50$ hold like for a cc. The only thing i dislike about it is the lag on when it takes the payment, but thats the same as on a cc, usually 1-2 biz days, though i have fueled on saturday and not had it clear till wednesday
