It's just your constant attitude like you know it all......just because Biden let him through does not actually make him legal......and the fact prior to the Florida incident he had been given a citation in another state and he probably should have lost his CDL....

Lol, you’re so clueless it’s really sad. Bozo let him in and then got paroled under Bozo. Bozo made him legally authorized to be in the country.

If I have to keep tutoring you I’m going to have to request that you pay for your education..The only thing Trump rejected was his work visa application.. I know it’ll be inconvenient for you to know that this was during the onslaught of COVID and most if not all work permits were rejected.

“Regarding the asylum request of Harjinder Singh, the truck driver who made a U-turn in Florida, his work authorization was rejected under the Trump administration in 2020. However, his asylum case is still pending and has not been officially rejected
    .
Here are the key details of the case:
    • Trump administration decision (2020): Harjinder Singh's request for a work permit was rejected in September 2020, during the Trump presidency.
    • Biden administration decision (2021): The work permit was later approved in June 2021, under the Biden administration. This enabled Singh to secure a commercial driver's license in California.
    • Status of asylum case: As of August 2025, Singh's asylum case remains pending and has not yet received a final decision from the immigration courts. He is currently facing charges for vehicular homicide related to the fatal U-turn crash in Florida.
    • Political debate: The status of Singh's work permit and the broader issues of his immigration status have become a political flashpoint, particularly between the Trump administration and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Here are the relevant facts. A person driving a commercial vehicle attempted an illegal u-turn. As a result, three people died when their vehicle collided with the illegally manuvering commercial vehicle.
Wherever the person attempting the illegal u-turn is from, whether or not he speaks english, or whatever else is being argued about here, are side issues.
The man is guilty of vehicular manslaughter, times 3. Period. And he deserves the maximum sentence proscribed by Federal law. Times 3, to be served consecutively with no option for parole or relief.
If he is still living after completion of those sentences, his immigration status can be examined.

Falls under State Law not Federal.

While I certainly agree with you on relevant facts this tragedy brings to light a problem in this industry and it certainly deserves a thorough examination.

Don’t know if you remember one of the worst accidents in Florida a bunch of years ago..Crete Carrier Corp had a driver plow into a car sending it under a bus and bursting into flames. 7 people died plus one grandparent died of a heart attack and a dozen or so others injured. Few kids were ejected from the bus and med flighted to a hospital.
Was one of the worst tragedies this industry has seen. Don’t know why Crete is still in business today even with their high current fatality and injury rate..

Don’t know what happened to the driver or even if he’s sitting in prison today..

That said, it’ll be interesting to see and compare the outcome/punishment when this case gets settled.
