BTW I enjoy this thread. I found the rear end, power divider, drive shaft "discussion" rather amusing. I did not have time to respond while it was going on. I misunderstood your first question about it as well but understood what you were asking after that. It happens glad everyone finally got on the same page.

Apparently, anyone can request these for any Peterbilt. Simply ask the parts department To open a "Paccar parts history case" on your VIN. However, Peterbilt in Ft Lauderdale told me it would cost $50 and I would have to come in to do it so I called Peterbilt in Ft. Pierce, Fl and the parts dept told me it couldn't be done. Being me, I got the owner of the dealership on the phone and he was more than happy to help me free of charge. Nice Guy! So if you try this don't give up, Peterbilt corporate will follow through quickly when you get a dealership to follow proper procedures. -
