    Nice work.

Keep your head on straight with your spending. Don’t go back to your habits of your first year. I’m glad you ordered 5 more trucks and maybe 8 trailers but don’t get ahead of yourself either. 2019 won’t be as good for rates and if they crashed you could get in trouble.

Do you factor or run out of pocket? If you factor slow your growth down. Can’t tell you how many companies I’ve seen get big in just a couple years then all of a sudden they’re gone.

Make sure your taxes are on point. You’ll start getting some attention and that can end you as well. If your paying your guys 1099 switch them to w2. You need to be 100% legit. Even if your not audited now, 3 yrs from not it could happen and they can go back many years and discover you owe tons of money.

It’s taken me 11 yrs now to get 9 trucks and 13 trailers going so your way outpacing me, but I plan on being around awhile and so should you. Might think about getting a small brokerage going. We focus most on the trucking but the brokerage helps pay the office bills so the trucks can stand more on their own so to speak.

Great job and keep it up! Oh and your wife is a keeper! Having a strong woman behind you is extremely helpful in your success.

Your story is an inspiration. Ignore the haters and focus on doing what you do. I started leasing a truck almost a year ago as a way to see how I like being responsible for a truck. I get some haters occasionally on my threads and I just ignore them. For the most part I see positive postings encouraging and advising me. Keep doing what you do and what makes you happy. I am defiantly following this.

Wow! This is quite a success story!

Are your drivers 1099 or fully covered W-2 employees?
