I just wanted to thank you for this thread. There's always been a lot of threads here in the bad companies section about the company posted by some angry people with the typical crap in it. It's nice to see someone post their experience as it went there without the extra emotion thrown into it. I think pretty much everyone knows it's not great, but a second chance is a second chance and it's looking like putting up with the crap may work out for you soon. Hope you're able to line up that new prospective job. I've been reading this since you first started posting and have been hoping it works out well for you. Stay safe out there.

    amiller and MJ1657 Thank this.

Yes I work for them. You can check out my thread about them and make your decision from there. I tried to post the good the bad and the ugly so you can make an informed decision not just hear all the negative that disgruntled drivers post.

Ok guys my employment with Carolina Cargo is ending.....I have found a smaller company in Illinois that is giving me a great opportunity. I have accepted a conditional offer for a solo otr (all 48 states) position starting at .37 cpm which will increase to .38 cpm after my probation period. Of course the condition is passing a drug test which will NOT be a problem at all. I am very excited about this as I am currently packing my belongings trying to maximize my luggage to adhere to Southwest Airlines guidelines. Thanks for reading my adventure with Carolina Cargo!!!

He's no longer there. He's moved on to bigger and better but if you go back thru this thread he put exact amounts of the checks he earned while with the company. Good luck in your endeavor wanna_b
