Thought you might have a pre pass. I'm sure the rate makes up for the tolls.
playamwj12 Thanks this. -
Absolutely does. If I'm in a huge hurry I take the tolls if not I can get from VA to NH for less than $5 so I don't mind all depends on what freight I have myself planned on next and how time restricted it is.

6 miles from my delivery in Minnesota. What's next? Not sure but working on it. Hopefully into the Midwest then home!
Philly1Finest and 59EX Thank this. -
Delivered this morning to a house in MN... Yes a house!! With a metal shop behind back. Pretty interesting, booked a load today then it cancelled and couldn't find anything else, so back to the drawing board for tomorrow.

Up early this morning on the hunt for freight, pretty dead here in Minnesota but I managed to snag a in state MN to MN run $567 to truck ($732.40 gross $18 FSC) on 88 miles no tarp pick today at noon deliver first thing in morning
TruckerNerd and 88 Alpha Thank this. -
Parked in the same exact parking spot I was in four hours ago for the night. A good day overall booked a 40,000 pound load got to shipper left with 4,280 pounds no tarp. Booked a reload into an area I know I can make work. I hope to be home Friday- Monday morning next week. Work back home the afternoon of the 1st and off for my daughters pageant on the 2nd. Then... Home most weekends I hope.
Reload is Virginia MN to Atlanta GA no tarp $1840 on 1201 miles not the best rate but I can deal with it.scottlav46, drvrtech77, 88 Alpha and 1 other person Thank this. -
Hammer on brother..glad it's working for you.
playamwj12 Thanks this. -
@playamwj12 , keep on keeping on, I'm thinking about purchasing a trailer so I won't have the rental fees. Making a rental or payments are about the same? What's the weekly price? Does CRST do step decks?
-
My rental is $185 a week all maintenance included. Might be $200 now not sure. Those that have their own truck have the option to buy a trailer through Malone at a reasonable rate. We do have some step decks here, but I would say only 10% or less of our freight requires one.
