All right got my permit today!!
    :biggrin_25517:

    Start driving on Tuesday.
    :Trailer:

    Stoked!!!

Having the training from WPTS MOD really made taking the tests a snap and with confidence.

Also having all the paper work and fees ready before you get there a real time and stress saver!!!

    :happy1:

    Congrats!
Did you get the endorsements too?

The next 3 weeks will fly by.
Everybody sucks the first few days.lol.
Just relax and take it all in.
    You will be fine.
After a few days it will all click and you will be on your way to getting your CDL.

    Swimmin' Deep Thanks this.

    Had graduation today.
    Got my $5000 coffee mug.:biggrin_25519:
An hour before graduation Watkins & Shepard told the school they have verified my employment, and I should be on a bus to Montana this weekend.:Straight road:

Can't wait to get the hell out of Modesto for a while.

Good job man, congrats! LOL gotta love the $5000 coffee mug, I keep my loose change in it:biggrin_2559: Good luck with Watkins. From everything I've heard/read they are a good company. I noticed you started a thread in the Watkins section, I'll be sure to check in there & keep track of your adventures. Again, good luck!

My group had our first day of field training today.

We coupled, uncoupled, practiced interior & exterior pre-trip and air brake c.o.l.a.

But the best part was backing practice!!
Woo Hoo, I’m moving the truck. LOL
    :biggrin_25523:

    Tomorrow, ON THE ROAD.
    Can’t wait.

Fun, isn't it? Playin' trucks is fun!
Hopefully you will drive the white trucks on the road.
They shift better than the black one.
FYI: If it seems hard to put it in gear, let the clutch out half way and it pops right in.

    Who is your yard instructor?

    Keep the updates coming.

    Jessie is our yard instructor.

Yeah, he told us about getting it in gear and after a few times it came pretty quick.

Still a rookie and a long ways to go.
    LOL
