My advice to drivers that pee out of their trucks.

Tea color means “uh you got problems”

 

Everyone is afraid of Red. They won't even mention it.

Urine doesn't have to be red to have blood in it. Had my DOT physical in January and the test showed trace amounts of blood. Went to see my doc and found out I had a bladder infection and no symptoms. But all kinds of things can cause it, so best to have it checked out.

 

Eeeeeeeeewwwww. Besides it goes by color.

 

Light yellow.

 

We had wet hootches but very little water during the summer. We would have to take bottle water showers. Everyone wanted on the RON convoys just so that you could take a real shower.

It's amazing all if the medical conditions that can be cured by just drinking more water.

 

You tell about hydration by the color. If its clear you are hydrated. The more yellow, the more dehydrated you are.

 

Unless you have just taken a multi vitamin with a B Complex, then it looks like it glows in the dark.
