Ahem. A little story.
It seems that about once every ten years I pass a kidney stone that rips its way down my urethra. I'm on vacation and it happens. Taking a leak, ow, peeing blood. Makes a heck of a mess.
I know I need some scrips to deal with the tears while they heal. I call my insurance company and get permission to be sick and go to a local urgent care.
I walk in and explain to the nurse what is up and what I will need. She seems annoyed. She is dismissive of my claim to have "blood in my urine" and is acting the right proper ##### to be honest. She gives me a specimen bottle and sends me into the bathroom to collect a sample.
The look on her face when I handed her a full specimen cup of blood with a little urine in it almost made the pain of peeing it worthwhile. Her demeanor was strangely different from that point on.
My advice to drivers that pee out of their trucks.
