Peeing at the back of the trailer at a truck stop is not public pissing.

If you’re not in a restroom, it’s public.

The truck area of the truck stop isn't open to the public.

RV drivers have no problem pulling in there.

They shouldn't be allowed to. If they are going to park there RV in the commercial truck area, then it should be so the professional drivers can use the facilities in their RV.

Neither do cars and buses or U-Hauls. Most truck stops don't care who parks there. I've seen plenty of people sleeping in their cars over the years.

Bet they wouldn't do that if they got peed on in the middle of the night.

It isn't public urination if your just pouring out a piss jug.
I know the solution. Bedpans should be made manitory equipment along with fire extinguishers. And truck stops should have places to dump them out preferably right next to the pumps

Some companies do say stuff the firm i worked for reminded us of the poor road workers that have to pick these "pee bottles " up off the sides of the freeway. I mean seriously do they actually use the bottles while actually driving? I always was able to wait till i got to a rest stop or a truck stop, maybe there just drinking to much fluids?

I have seen a handful of truck stops that have porta jons set up at various places. Problem with that is you have the drivers that are using recreational marijuana, go in them and crap all over the seat and the floor.

I think we have some room for negotiation here though. If the truck stops will only allow trucks in the truck area, I will walk inside to piss.
