Is there anybody over 25 years old working at TQL? And do you know anybody who works there longer than a year?

Yes the majority are in Ohio. The office I am at has been there for less than 5 years and their might be only 4 people over 30. For about every 15 people who start there only about 2 make it past a year.

Their pay might be structered differently. The goal for us is to charge the customer as much as possible and also pay the carriers as low as possible.

And then we get a little bit of the money that is made in the middle. But we dont actually get too see that money until we make a certain number ourselves which is brutal. Until we hit that number we only get a base pay which averages to about $10 an hour when we are expected to work 10-14 hrs a day.

I'm actually dealing with them now. They called 4 ####ing times in the hour before my appointment and again after I checked in to see if I was still in the dock. WTF
