My Apology to you on Behalf Of TQL

What stuff do you see TQL do that is so shady?

So you are apologizing for what?

I know both of the clowns that run TQL, Oaks and Bryne, and I know a lot of their crap that they pull, and know my trucks won't haul their freight.

With as bad as some of their offices are, they still did $2.2b in gross revenue and ended up with $476m net.

 

I have a question if you care to answer. Why TQL is so bad with geography. Load from let's say Twin Falls, ID they will post from every city in 200 miles radius but not Twin Falls?

 

Might be to hide from those drivers who might call direct to the shipper based on a load board post.

 

All they would have to do then would be call to get the load info. A quick Google search could easily tell you milk manufacturers in Harrisonburg, VA or Steel manufacturers in Knoxville, TN.

No, it's a sales quota goal.
1. Get a certain amount of phone calls a day for employee goal.
2. Get the maximum amount of calls a day to help promote targeted shipper numbers for new customers.

I occasionally call companies to get a vehicle delivered to us if our drivers are too busy. TQL called one day and I considered giving them the run... until I looked at their reviews. "Quick to take your money but not to deliver" was a pretty common theme. I never bothered calling them back and just told the guy no thanks. I guess they have called in since but the receptionist tells them we are not interested.

 

You cats must've provided inadequate performance to TQL in past for them to be so shysty. I don't have any problems with them and I haul for em quite often. Matter of fact when I search for a load, I always try to get a CH Robinson load 1st and then TQL is always my 2nd choice. After that it's Coyote and so forth.
