my comments on Arrow Trucking's recent actions

Yep, I've tried several different days and all I got was busy signal as well.
I also sent an email and it can back as undeliverable...
That sucked. I was wanting to go work for the "NEW" Arrow.

Rumor has it they are seeking new funding, but who in their right mind would ship with them again. Let alone find drivers that will work there?

opps the drivers will be pounding down the doors looking for a job

 

I think the only way Arrow is to get back up and running is coinvert all the communications into Spanish and hire the Mexicans ...Arrow Amigos!!!

 

Arrow filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy yesterday after Transportation Alliance Bank filed suit. I don't think in this case there's going to be a New Arrow as the bankruptcy requests the complete liquidation of the assets. This thing is a real mess but not the fault of the economy or politicians. The suit from TAB alledges the the CEO,CFO,and Sec/Treas "looted" the company.

 

And with Dougie and the rest of his "staff" being charged under the RICO act we just might not see little ole Dougie for a while and as a "man" any more! Not after Bubba finishes with his pretty arse! ROFLMFAO!

 

Where did you find these filings?

How can they charge them under RICO?

Sadly, thinking we will see alot more of this.

My employer is completely crooked too. The 'owner' is a 'powerplayer' in Wisconsin and has been getting away with all sorts of stuff. I love my job but the employer leaves alot to be desired. Unfortunately, my employer dominates the market segment so no real alternative employment venues.

Truth be told, many employers pull the same stunts so perhaps the 'chickens have come home to roost'.
