Most of the time safety alerted me of impending DL or medical expirations. Most of the time I had my private physician do my physicals when on home time. I seen this guy every 3 or 4 months so really it was just get him to fill out the form on a visit. As to drug screens most of the time I was either home or in a terminal and safety sent me or did the collection. I rarely logged any of it. Not sure if I would today or not.
