My Cummins isx is dead, buy a new truck, or do and In-Frame?

    I will double check tomorrow, but if is that,the engine any way is contaminated with oil and coolant mixture .so in this case this mixture its posible to wash out,or he makes already some damage to the engine?

    In the last time I observed my coolant level was on the middle all the time,when cold and when hot was the same level .I remember before coolant its suppose to go up when its get hot.

    Egr coolers leak internally too. Forgot about that. Might wanna pressure test that asap, and watch it yourself

    So ok you have moister creeping up the oil tube, how about having the mechanic do a crank case pressure check or another test to see if there is a real gasket leak or another issue.

    Yep. Totally agree. It's great to know how to Wrench. It makes huge decisions like this a lot easier to Bite on.

    In this day and age if you can't wrench you can't afford to buy used.

    And a Truck is a Tool as I know you know.

    It's Value is making you money not in its resale.

    Sorry didn't. Read far enough.

    Buy a radiator pressure tester . Pump up the coolant system and see where the coolant is leaking. Their less than $100.

    Your problem may be an easy cheap repair
