Yes,the injector right behind the turbo could be the culprit.

The regen dosent stop when the load is heavy or its going uphill , the thing is that could be anything in the sistem like egr cooler orba faulty valve , thats why i think that probably have it removed will be my best option

If I understand right your complaint is excessive regens. There are numerous reasons why. If you don't have a plugged filter then check the differential pressure sensor. The hydrocarbon doser might be plugged as well not allowing sufficient fuel to heat up the catalyst. That will affect regen quality. Reasons are too many to just throw rocks at. You will need to have it hooked up to insite and monitor the sensors. Doesn't sound as if the dpf is the problem. Why did you clean the dpf? Maintenance? Flex pipe failure? Turbo failure? As for removing it there is tampering laws you have to deal with. A few states have tailpipe emissions tests others will require an opacity test if the see smoke. Just depends on the state. I don't think the cvsa guys are checking for emissions stuff but they are federal guys nonetheless. I would hazard a guess that your dpf isn't the problem though

^^^Dave has some good suggestions there

    Ok cool.
Skip the howes and lucas. Using a cetane improver alone without all the other crap is what you want to reduce particulates into the dpf.
