Just three? Hopefully you are full vested in like two years meaning whatever it matched (Employer gave your account money) goes to your pocket.

Keep in mind that it will be paid out as a Annuity over 7 years affecting your taxes each time. I think at a certain age into the 60's you can cash out clear but don't depend on that. (We cashed out ours to fight Cancer and other issues in that time period as a form of battle, the constant 10% penalties was ignored back then, such a minor annoyance.)

If you are in routine with the right deliveries etc you will reach a point in your mind that you know who gets how many of what where and when. That is where you want to be.
