So I'm still sick and not to happy about it lol I hate being sick.....
Anyway I was able to make it all the way to Missoula, MT 574 miles in 9 hours. I stopped to get fuel in ID and as I pulled in it started to snow a little...by the time I rolled out 15 min later it was really comeing down and the road was covered lol. Was like that for 10 miles or so then it started to slowly clear up.
I'm now sitting in the TownPump about 6 miles away from the receiver. I only have 8 hours for tomorrow so I hope they can get me something quick in the morning. This place is nice HUGE TS tons of parking casino and everything lol Gotta love the west side of this country!
Oh and its snowing here too

Yea, traveling sick definately sucks. I picked up a bug or food poisoning in Vegas and spent 2 out of the 3 days there on the can. Safe to say I was full of #$#$! Vegas got real lucky that trip! Then the next day, we had to stick to our itenerary and make it up to Lake Tahoe! I did alright by downing a whole bottle of Pepto Bismol during the course of that day and then got sick as a dog again that night! Still had 4 more days of driving to go and it got progressively better as we went. That was a rough week!

Luckily I'm not that sick, I just have a bad cold. I was smart I even got a Flu Shot before going to Orientation. I can't think of many worse things then being sick on the road especially like you where......

Yea, I literally lost 15lbs that trip, brutal! Who loses weight on a vacation? But it was still a great trip! Florida to Biloxi(Beau Rivage), on to San Antonio(Alamo and Riverwalk), on to El Paso(yippie), on to Flagstaff(Grand Canyon and that Meteor thingy), on to 3 days in Vegas(still say they got lucky I couldn't leave the room after the first day), on to Lk. Tahoe(thru Death Valley, along the East side of the Sierra Nevadas, thru a redwood forest, and stayed at a Tahoe casino, they got lucky too), on to Ft. Bragg, Cali(thru Sacramento, San Fran, across the Golden Gate Bridge, and up the Pacific Coast Hwy, saw seals and seal pups), on to Lincoln City, Oregon(more Redwood Forests including drive-thru tree, hugging the Pacific Coast), on to Walla Walla, Wa(thru Portland, Vancouver, and southside of Mount Ranier), on to Silver Star, MT(thru Idaho and SW Montana).

AT, Get you a large jug of Orange Juice and drink as much of it as fast as you possibly can, Down it like you like it, Then drink loads of water to flush your kidneys out, That should give you plenty of Vitamin C, Then get you some chewable vitimin C and take a few a day till the winter is over, If you like oranges they are good for a cold as well, Be sure to keep your ears popped and clear as it will move to your head and give you ear infections and the like. Get well soon. Thanks. TD24

I was just looking at all the trip envolopes I have to turn into Missoula tomorrow...
I have 3 of them:
Trip 1: Winston Salem, NC to Conover, NC to San Antonio, TX with 13 Stops 1,653 miles + 13 Stops
Trip 2: San Antonio, TX to Austin, TX to SFS, CA 1,451 miles
Trip 3: SFS, CA to Irwindale, CA to Missoula, MT 1247 miles
Total 4,351miles + 13 Stops = $1,347.75 + $10 for a scale
This is all from 12/18/10-12/27/10!
I also just noticed that on trip #2 above the miles givin to me on the QC match Exactly which is VERY odd for a run that long to be right down to the mile like that......how did they know how many times I would stop to go to the bathroom??????
