I didn't find it funny, I looked at it as a person trying to get some more info on WS...I got the same PM and I did my best to answer the person honestly...

It wasn't that bad. We went up and down with the trainer showing us what to do. Then we did it. No test the next day. They do throw a curve at ya though (at least in Missoula they did), kick you out of gear or block the shifter to see how you respond and recover.

I remember reading something like that somewhere. Just can't place it.

Your truck interior looks good, AT. Looks as though you can get a closet pole in one of your storage areas.

Maybe you can get a piece of carpet for the sleeper area if it doesn't already have one. Carpet sure is nice on the toes, especially if it's cold.

I'm eyeballing that fridge! Need to get myself setup all proper like! I have the 1500 watt inverter. Wonder if that'll be enough for the fridge, microwave, tv, and laptop....

I got the same PM and answered it as best I could. There are all kinds of wrong information out there. I remember reading the same thread can't find it now that is why I was a little freaked. Now I know it was all bull.

D1 That doesn't sound exactly right but some of it is facts, I'm not sure but it sounds BS But who am I to know? I went thru it and Kelby grabbed the shifter and I asked him if he wouldn't mind me putting it into a gear rather then him goofing off, He thought that was quite funny, I passed been out there a few(5) weeks and am loving it, I head back out on Wednesday and won't be home till a few days before Christmas and then back out for New Years, till after the beginning of February unless something changes, I really don't see anything changing but they may have a different plan for me, We will see. Be Good TD24

Good morning Wedge, Pleased to meet you to, and you don't know how glad I am to hear from someone actually going to katlaw. My wife and I(want to eventually work as team with goal of running O/O) went over to Katlaw on saturday a couple of weeks ago.

We got there late so we didn't get to go through the trucks or talk with trainers, we did talk with someone inside, I saw the area where the trucks were parked and I gotta say, it didn't look like much more room than to turn the truck around. Where do you drive to learn to shift and get the feel of the truck, and will W/S repay driving school or portion there of if hired?

    Good luck Wedge

Randy, I'll jump in here as I have first hand experience on the tuition reimbursement deal, W/S Will pay up to $4800 if you go straight to them after your training is finished, I went to another company that did not work out for me and then to W/S so when I asked if they would help me with my school they said that they would not because I had gone to another company first, They made it very clear that if I had bnot gone with the other company they would have surely paid for my training, Check with the girls in recruiting and see if the school you are going to is on their approved list of schools. Take Care TD24
