I think its like no more then 2 tickets in the last 3-5 years. No tickets 15+ over the limit, no reckless driving tickets....You'll have to ask a recruiter to get more spacific then that. lol

But aren't you an "unofficial recruiter"? :biggrin_2559:

Well today SHOULD have been a nice day.......not so much

First It was COLD and raining this morning (what kind of way is that to start your day at 2am!?!)

Then I get to the terminal and find out I have 21 Stops!:biggrin_2557:

Then i hook to my trailer and find out that some AWESOME driver left this POS without tagging it for repairs.......
Not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, but 9 yes NINE Lights out! WTF! all of which are wireing issues NOT bulbs so nothing i can do considering i cant even reach 7 of them.....

So 3am nothing i can do, no scales until the sun will be up anyway, so since all but 1 light was on the top on the front of the trailer i decided to fix the one on the back as best i could with what is left of it, and roll with the rest....to a shop to get it fixed.

Well, with 21 stops covering 2 states and 4 days of drops I need this restart or might anyway. So.....i didnt get to stop at a loves.....Nope i had to drive the Whole 701 miles to Slidell, LA to this TA so that i can do my 34 and Have them fix this trailer in the AM. Its far to busy in that little shop I'd just end up loseing my parking spot, so I'll ruin there breakfast with a nice wireing issue in the morning so i can claim another spot before this place gets all packed.

Now I gotta do my trip plan for 21 stops....

Not till i see some money :biggrin_25513: Till then im a driver. I would love to stop at driving school around the country and talk them outta going to Swift/werner and other sheety companies...Recruiters dont have to sell good companies like W/S, millis, epes, etc all they have to do is tell you why NOT to go to the Big companies and they SHOULD figure out the rest on their own....

When W/S puts a terminal in OKC, we're all over it, until then...I like our little slice of heaven to much to move.

just finished all my routeing may have to have 3 stops on thursday instead of just 1 but they are all within Houston, TX but other then that this load doesnt seem horrible (yet) we'll see what happens most are small 1-5 peices so that should help, seems like there will be parking everywhere i'll need it (or so it seems)

Fingers Crossed this wont turn into a nightmare run!

That's a normal amount of stops for that area. I have had 25 starting in Tyler, working down to Houston, with several there, then hit every city back to NO.

You should get on that dedicated furniture run now that the weather is cool. I was home every weekend and usually once during the week when I hauled sticks all the time.

That's what I was speaking of. LTL is not bad for a young man, especially in cool weather. I did LTL otr furniture for years. We were always sent right back home after unloading.
