Our triple drivers make a few more per mile. I think most like it because it's a sure schedule to get home every day and it's all turnpike. It's not my cup of tea but my story might change if I lived a few feet from the turnpike.

Took me 3 weeks to clear out from the worst sinus infection I've ever had...even with a round of antibiotics. Some nasty crap going around right now.

Don't mess around with your health , AT. If you're not up to par, do something about it. If that doctors not getting you results, find another one who can help.

Don't make me drive to NC and drag you to the doc.

Throats fine now, all i got left is a caugh.

    Thursday:

Went into work 30 min early because i wanted out early cuz i had a dinner date. Normaly i get to work at 7am and dont get to leave until 8-845. I showed up at 630, only truck left was the one the guy that also does my run uses but he dont show up until 730-745, so i put my stuff down and was going to use his truck to hook my set so when a truck came in i could just back under the set n go. Well i was all hooked up by 715am, his truck was already fueled and there still wasnt a truck for me...so i was getting ready to head out with his truck and i see him walking over.

He walks up to the truck opens the door takes MY keys out of the ignition and walks to my trailer and unhooks everything telling me to get out of his truck...umm ya dude we dont have assinged trucks so....KMA! He throws a fit, throws all my stuff out of the truck and takes it to the office because hes convinced the manager is going to let him have the truck.

i walk all the way to the office and tell the manager whats up, the manager laughs at him, tells him its not his truck, he dont care how much he likes it, and he has to wait for a truck.

So i leave, this truck is a NASTY POS, dirty as all hello inside, runs like it has a huge cam in it, radio dont work..WTF! why the hello does he want this POS?

anyway i was back in charlotte at 345 put the trailers to the door and this guy is sitting on the picknic table outside waiting for me, i asked where they sent him since he oviously didnt do our run since he was there when i got back. He says "i didnt go anywhere, i dont just drive any truck, i not like the rest of you guys"....So basicly this guy refused the run, and refused to use any other truck so he worked the dock for 12 hours! hahaha what a idiot! he tells me i should have givin him the truck and waited for a truck...haha i dont think so

anyway i worked the dock until 6pm and i was gone, had a good steak dinner, then some...desert ;)

    Friday:

I attempt to do the same thing, i come in at 630, truck is there, AC now works, i get my trailers hooked, fuel and leave at 730 again. Get up there have to sit n wait again like the day before, then head back at 1215pm, so i should have been back at 330-345 again....NOPE!

Yet AGAIN my day is ruined by STUPID ####### Truck drivers! STOP PLAYING BUMPER CARS, take a gun point it in your mouth and pull the freaking trigger if you want to kill yourself, dont do it on the interstate where i have to wait for 2 HOURS for them to scrap your stupid ### of the ####### highway!

so i didnt get back until 6PM! Luckily i had one MT and one pup with 20 pallets so i still got out at 715 but my plans were ruined because i should have been out by 515pm!

Then today i took my ex gf (old gf from highschool) and her freind out on the lake (they came down to visit me and her uncle) and everything was fine, boat was running good, then when we were going like 45-50mph out of no where it just revs and we stop! then theres smoke pouring out of the engine compartment...WTF! So yep, i had to call a tow boat.....$195/HOUR! for a freaking tow! we had a good time while waiting but still.

We're suposed to go bar hopping tonight after they go out to eat with her uncle but its what 11pm now so i donno lol. Im guessing it aint happening and i have plans tomorrow so, oh well. I did my part i entertained them for the day.

only a 3 day work week comeing up, i fly to vermont for my friends wedding.

wow I wish I could refuse things I dont want to do lol. Cant believe how that guy acted, like a little kid. Yes I like my truck at work too butI dont go around having a hissy fit if they give it to someone else for the day. All I care about is that they keep it clean and return it the same way they got it.

Seems like having a boat can get expensive. I was thinking of getting one, my cousin and his wife took me, my gf, and one of our good friends(girl who set us up) out last weekend and was a lot of fun. Also i think my parents would throw me out if i came home with that since I already got too much.
