i beleive that is a reflection on equipmnt, miles. and culture(lack of micro management) definitley what i miss

Check out grady Hudson's thread on here first though. Just sayin. Not trying to knock holland down, but the same amenities, real O/O specs, plus 75mph trucks. Hard to beat.

I don’t think Hudson is a true 48 state carrier and as such is limited in who he can get home. I also doubt he can provide the work consistency and earnings potential and pay increase schedule that Holland does. I don’t care about 75 mph trucks but at Hudson you may need that to make decent money.

 

Right on. What may work for some doesn't mean it will work for others. Just trying to let people know there are other options. Like I previously stated. Holland is a good company and I am not trying to knock it down. It seems to me and for me that GHT is better. I don't work at GHT, I did work at Holland. I would definitely give GHT a try before I went back to Holland.

I remember back on this thread when Jeff said he left holland because he needed more home time, not sure what has changed that he is coming back. It doesn't hurt to give a look at the GHT that's all.

Nobody who works there is saying anything about the company. The only threads are the ones in the jobs section of this forum
