Can somebody please help me out with who I need a contact about my benefits. Got a call from Karla couple weeks ago, saying I needed you set my health insurance up. and I called in and spoke with the people at Allstate. They told me I needed to contact somebody at Holland. I wrote that number down and the email in my handbook but I left it at home by mistake.

I don’t know. I probably have something I need to do, too. I never used my alflac or the Allstate since it was changed to them.

I just spoke with the benefits enrollment center. They can take care of everything except Health insurance. I guess that has to be filled out by hard copy in the state of ND. I was told to email Kamay and she could get the papers over to me.

Do we have to park and sleep in the shop? I dont want to drop my trailer and the brakes freeze. It's my first time stopping at the yard overnight in the winter

Your brakes won’t freeze because they won’t be wet. But if you ever hook up to a trailer in sub zero weather, check that the king pin latch fully engages. Grease that cold can cause mechanical processes to not work as supposed to. But if your concerned about it, wait a half hour before you pull the red button then anything still wet would have time to freeze first.

Just run your APU on high. Don’t drop the trailer in case they want it in the shop in the morning. Let them deal with cranking that frozen grease.

I'm actually leaving at 1am I'm just doing my 10 that's why I didn't want to all that just to hook back up afterwards. Just wasn't sure if they enforced it heavily

So quick question, if the trailer needs some light work done and the shop says take it to a Loves, TA or whatever does Holland have an account with this people or do you need to contact dispatch for an efs code and write a check out?

With TA/Petro, they will call main office number they have in their instructions for a PO. It works fine during normal business hours but not sure how it will work after hours.

I’ve never worked with Loves but if you need more cash than you care to pay out of pocket until reimbursement, you can call after hours and they will send you money on EFS.
