Seems screwy but what the hell do I know.

Mechanics told me all new Trucks are getting PeopleNet.
I asked about it because of the boxes.

 

Oh I'm not doubting you I see they are there. But like lots of thing in the industry.... It doesn't make sense to me. My guess is that I won't see one for sometime. I'm in a 17 that has 419,765 onnit. So probably awhile before I get a new truck. And it most likely won't be a brand new one either

 

Hmm no telling used to be around 500k...
I won't be here long enough to get one.
Need to find something local.

The other thing about PeopleNet is that you want be able to creep around anymore and they are even more touchy about back doing your clocks and making you redo a break.

 

Your truck will be due to be traded Next year

 

I won’t deal with peoplnet based on what I’ve heard. But I was going to leave anyway once the eobr grandfathered thing ran out in December 2019 and we were potentially forced to deal with wheel moves go to drive BS. I’ve never talked with anybody happy with peoplenet
