Did a trailer Swap on my way home .
Evidently a Drop Trailer Ran out of Fuel at a Customer, they had to reload it.
It was set to 60f. Wonder how low the Fuel was when it was dropped to begin with. 60f Cycle Load will barely run the Reefer.
Got unloaded, got my Trailer Washed and Filled up. Swap Trailer at the Customer back to Fuel and another Washout. So now it's sitting at the House ready to go.
That Trailer took just a hair over 50 gallons.
First time I had to Prime a reefer.
Pain in the butt but not that serious.
My experience at holland enterprises

Anybody else stuck in Northern Wisconsin right now ? This is the worst storm I've driven in this season and these idiotic truck drivers are still flying by me and tailgating cars ,and then jack knifing down the road ahead
I don't get itjeff18 Thanks this. -
Idiots are gonna be idiots. Let them wreck while you stay safe up there. Just got dumped on by some rain down here in Georgia.
gpf87 and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
I'm coming off home time a week ago. Just burnt all but 30 minutes of my 70 in 7 days. Got to Shoemakers outside of Lincoln with a load of Walmart potatos for Vineland. I doubt the Wednesday AM appointment can be changed so someone is going to have to find me tomorrow, I guess. But I advised them of this pending problem when I got the preplan last Friday.

I hauled that same load the week before last

I hope you don't have a tailed trailer, if so, I hope you retracted it, first. If not, I hope you run into some warm weather before your drop.
It's amazing the difference a day or more and hard work of plow crews and a dozen hours of good sunshine will do. I Ran EB across Nebraska I-80 today, and all the crap that was a day or two ago is all gone. Dry roads the entire way.Last edited: Apr 15, 2018
gpf87 Thanks this. -
Thankfully I have no tails !
That's good to hear about I80 in Nebraska and hopefully this is the last snow storm .
I know last year I dealt with two in April ; one in Wyoming and the other in California(Donner)
